How to Use:

1. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper.

2. Peel off the adhesive backing.

3. Place the pad on your underwear, adhesive side down.

4. Adjust for a comfortable and secure fit.

Disposal: After use, wrap the pad in its wrapper or toilet paper and dispose of it in a trash bin. Do not flush down the toilet.
