All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Estimated to Delivery Date and Good Arrived is 5-7 working days.
Singapore Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges is calculated based on weight & size of the item and distances of the delivery. For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We dont offer international shipping as for now, sorry for incovenient caused.
Express Shipping
For inquiries regarding express shipping, please feel free to reach out to us at operations@itot.work or via WhatsApp at +658933568. Please note that additional shipping fees will be incurred in addition to the standard shipping charges. Our commitment is to expedite the delivery of Express Orders to the best of our ability, aiming for the fastest possible delivery time.
Subscription Plans Shipping
All subscription order are prepaid upfront of full amount as listed and processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Estimated to Delivery Date and Good Arrived is 5-7 working days for the first shipment.
Subsequent shipping will be happend on 1st week of following month. There will be total 12 shipping (including the first ship) for every 1 years subscription plan purchase.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at operations@itot.work with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
